Nick is the head massage practitioner at Crossfit Chichester. Having studied massage therapy in 2001 he has gone on to further his skill set by achieving Sports massage level 3 and also is trained in positional release techniques for athletes and the general public. He will be more than happy to chat to you about how massage therapy can help and is always willing to adapt treatment plans to the needs of the individual. Nick is a fully accredited member of the FHT and is local to the Chichester area.
